As a result of this terrorist act, four people were killed (including two children), more than 150 people were injured, of whom 82 (55 adults and 27 children) were hospitalized.
On the same day, in Dagestan, late in the evening, a group of armed men attacked an Orthodox church and a synagogue located in two cities at once — Makhachkala and Derbent. The militants also fired at law enforcement officers, which resulted in the death of 15 policemen. Four civilians were killed during the attack, including an Orthodox priest.
The Soviet Union Association expresses its deepest condolences to all the relatives of those killed and injured in the June 23 terrorist attacks in Sevastopol and Dagestan.
