We, citizens of the destroyed USSR, declare creation of the Association “Soviet Union” consisting of individual members. The main purpose of the Association is the activity directed to formation of prerequisites and conditions for future reconstruction of Soviet Union and, first of all, preservation, enhancement, and development of the Soviet ideas, values and other products of the Soviet spiritual production, of the Soviet culture and the Soviet people as new historical human community. An ultimate goal of the Association – reconstruction of Soviet Union on the basis of the updated socialism as cultural, social and union, in those forms and territorial borders which will become possible for the historical moment of its reconstruction.
The Association is established as the union of adherents the task of which is first of all preservation and distribution of the TRUTH about the Soviet Union, about his victories and defeats, about the objective and subjective reasons of that and also about what USSR could be if it was not destroyed and what he can become if it is recreated. Then those who were born, grew and were brought up in the USSR, and those who have no experience of life in the USSR will be able to be convinced that they really can have only one future - new, the recreated and transformed Soviet Union taking into account all its achievements and errors. Thus, the slogan of the present and future is not to back in the USSR, but to go FORWARD in the USSR - in that USSR which could be and which has to be recreated.
