The passivity of the world's governments regarding the threat by the US president to end a civilization, specifically the Iranian one, one of the oldest on the planet, is astounding, demonstrating that these governments are complicit; their outcry is nothing more than a farce to distract the public.
In the face of Trump's declaration and threat, these governments cannot claim that they were caught off guard; because such brazenness brings with it genocide in Gaza and the massacre in the West Bank, in Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and even in Iran, just to mention this region. Now, let's compare these fatal events with something that happened in Venezuela.
After July 28, 2024, following the results of the elections in Venezuela, even the presidents of neighboring countries labeled as "leftist" or "progressive," such as Petro and Lula, did not recognize Maduro's presidency. This coincided with the widespread repudiation, dictated by the US, from his most tenacious supporters to the left, including those labeled “Trotskyist”, who all berated Maduro. Simultaneously, there was a break in diplomatic relations, support for economic and political sanctions, silence in the face of aggression, assassinations, theft of the nation's external assets, such as Citgo in Texas and Monómeros in Barranquilla, Colombia, oil tankers adrift at sea, and the seizure of accounts or deposits in international banks. Venezuelan immigrants were also persecuted and abused, ranging from isolation in detention to imprisonment in atrocious jails like CECOT in El Salvador. These governments only focused on the statements of the Venezuelan right wing, which claimed that the Maduro government committed electoral fraud. Meanwhile, they remained silent about the criminal and sabotage actions of the electoral opposition driven by the US government and the Gusano lobby of Florida.
These governments remain silent and inactive in the face of imperialism, or they simply support it. Venezuela continues with its president kidnapped, facing a farcical trial under US law, while the country now operates under a puppet government.
No collaboration with the US government, which seeks to continue destroying humanity for the benefit of its companies, strengthening its murderous military power, with its NATO and its partners, including the puppet Latin American governments. No support for its sanctions against the oil and gas of recalcitrant countries, and full support for any activity carried out against the domination of imperialist countries.
No deference to the negotiations of imperialist murderers and genocidal maniacs against the revolutionary Iran. We stand with Iran, which is impeccably managing its response and actions in defense of the country. The right thing to do is
Boycott all surrender to or collaboration with the war against humanity waged by the US, its NATO and non-NATO partners!
Support the Venezuelan people, for their sovereignty and independence.
No to the privatization of energy, especially oil and gas, for the full nationalization of these resources for the benefit of the people!
For the United Socialist States of all of America, North, Central, South and the Caribbean!
